What do we have to offer?

The Technical Consultant position resides in our team in the Netherlands. You will be working together closely with colleagues located in the international offices of Ortec Finance and our global partners. You will be in direct contact with the clients and partners and provide support to our clients and partners that are using our Wealth Planning solution. You will be training them to integrate our APIs in the apps and websites they build for their customers and help to set-up data integrations and customized reports.

In this role you will be working closely together with our development team, and you will play an important role in translating business requirements to product features and help to further optimize and innovate our solution. You will gain experience in how to set up a financial plan taking into account the risk of the underlying investments. Furthermore, you will develop your modelling, analytical, technical and communication skills and bring some good vibes into our team. You will be able to alternate your work between the office, working from home and occasionally at clients in the Netherlands but also by visiting our international clients.

In addition, the following aspects are important:

• You have a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Econometrics or an exact science,
• You have 0-3 years of relevant work experience,
• Knowledge of Programming basics, like VBA Excel, Power BI etc.,
• Being fluent in English is a requirement, command of the Dutch language is a pre.
