Ortec Finance Customer Satisfaction Survey Highlights
What do clients think of the products and services Ortec Finance provides? How happy are they with their main contact person at Ortec Finance? At the end of 2018, Ortec Finance’s clients filled in our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, with very positive results.
The opinion and feedback of our customers is crucial for our future success. We are really grateful so many of them provided us with feedback. 88.1% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with Ortec Finance. We are very proud of this result! We serve a global, diverse client base operating in a variety of industries, and we are happy to hear that we are able to consistently meet their standards.
Satisfaction with main contact person
At Ortec Finance, we consider people one of our main assets. Our clients agree with this: 92.4% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with their main contact person at Ortec Finance.
In particular, surveyed clients find that their main contact person at Ortec Finance performs very well on the following aspects:
- 96.7% of surveyed clients find their Ortec Finance main contact person very good at understanding clients’ requirements.
- Furthermore, 93.5% of surveyed clients find their Ortec Finance main contact person very good also when it comes to translating such requirements in a suitable solution.
Our purpose is to enable people to manage the complexity of investment decision making. Responses from the survey make us understand that we perform well on this goal, as 85% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with their current Ortec Finance solution.
According to surveyed clients, Ortec Finance solutions:
- Are very capable of performing the tasks they are used for (opinion expressed by 87.3% of surveyed clients).
- Are accompanied by high quality support (opinion expressed by 85% of surveyed clients).
Satisfaction with information and communication
80.5% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with the information they receive from Ortec Finance. In particular, surveyed clients think that they receive enough information, and that information is relevant to their business activities.
Ortec Finance has a very loyal client base: 88.4% of surveyed clients will continue their business relationship with Ortec Finance in the next few years. The main reasons for continuing to do business with Ortec Finance mentioned by surveyed clients were expertise and reliability, good quality products that fit clients’ needs, the pleasant and professional employees of Ortec Finance, and continuity.
