Mr. Bailey will accelerate the growth of Ortec Finance’s UK and European business, focusing on technologies and solutions that help insurers, asset managers and consultants better manage the complexity of investment decision-making. Based in London, Mr. Bailey brings more than 25 years of experience across the technology and institutional investor marketplace. He joins Ortec Finance from Conning Asset Management where he led their Risk Solutions European group. Prior to Conning, Mr. Bailey was Head of European Business Development for the Software Solutions division at TowersPerrin.
