Richard Boyce joins Ortec Finance after spending 5 years with Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv where he focused on providing Financial technology tools and data to Asset management and Asset owner clients across Canada. Prior to his tenure at Thomson Reuters Richard spend 5 years at State Street as a financial analyst. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fredonia State University in New York State. Richard also completed his MBA in Finance at Durham University in the UK.

At Ortec Finance Richard will be focused on growing the PEARL and GLASS client base in Canada while maintaining existing relationships.

What do you do in your free time and what are your hobbies?
Richard Boyce: “In my spare time I enjoy family adventures around Toronto with my wife and 21 months old son Kayden. As a former NCAA hockey player I am naturally a big sports fan. Cheering on my favorite teams the Cleveland Browns, Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Raptors, and the Toronto Maple Leafs is a passion.”
