Ortec Finance is committed to integrity, transparency, and a safe workplace. Our Whistleblowing Procedure allows current & former employees and third parties to confidentially report (suspected) wrongdoing without fear of retaliation.
You may submit a report in writing, by email, or orally.
- If you are a former or current employee, you can direct your report to the Ortec Finance Compliance Officer or to the external confidential counsellors.
- If you qualify as a third party (such as a supplier or partner), you can submit the report to the external confidential counsellors.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you may contact our external confidential counsellors using an anonymized email address, phone number, or written letter. Please indicate in your message that you wish to remain anonymous. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality, and your identity will not be shared without your explicit consent.
