Ortec Finance is proud to share the results of its 2025 annual customer satisfaction survey, which once again confirms high levels of satisfaction among clients across regions and solutions.

In this year’s survey, clients rated their overall satisfaction with Ortec Finance at 6.2, reflecting continued trust in our expertise, solutions, and long-term partnerships. The results also show strong appreciation for the quality of our consultancy services, products, and satisfaction with our teams, with scores of 6.5, 6.0 and 6.4 respectively (all 7-point likert-scale).

Clients particularly value Ortec Finance’s deep domain knowledge, responsiveness, and ability to translate complex challenges into practical, data-driven solutions that support better decision-making. The survey outcomes underline the importance clients place on collaboration, reliability, and continuous innovation—areas in which Ortec Finance remains strongly committed.
