Having very satisfied clients is key to our company’s long-term success. To measure how our clients experience our services, we conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey. This helps us understand at the aggregate level what clients think of the products and services that Ortec Finance provides, and how well our team serves clients. We are pleased that the survey shows consistent scores on satisfaction.

We listen carefully to our clients and use their feedback to develop concrete follow-up. All figures below indicate the percentage of respondents assigning us a rating of 6 or 7 on a 7-point scale.

Overall satisfaction

90.5% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with Ortec Finance. We are very happy to learn that clients appreciate working with us and with our products. This motivates us to keep on improving our products and approach to meet our clients’ demands.

 

 

Satisfaction with Ortec Finance Team

92.6% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with the Ortec Finance team they interact with. This result makes us incredibly proud because reliability, both in our models and the way in which we support our clients, is one of our core company values. Surveyed clients feel that they can rely on our helpful and knowledgeable employees.

In particular, surveyed clients find that the Ortec Finance team they interact with performs very well on the following aspects:

  • 95.2% of surveyed clients find the Ortec Finance team are very pleasant to interact with
  • 93.8% of surveyed clients find the Ortec Finance team are very good at understanding clients’ requirements.

 

 

Product satisfaction

79% of surveyed clients are very happy with the Ortec Finance product they currently use. According to surveyed clients, Ortec Finance products:

  • Are very capable of performing the tasks they are used for (83.9% of surveyed clients)
  • Are accompanied by high quality support (83.9% of surveyed clients).

 

 

Satisfaction with information and communication

We strive to keep our clients up to date with developments at Ortec Finance and in their industry. Our surveyed clients appreciate this: 81.1% of them are very satisfied with the information they receive from Ortec Finance.

Loyalty

85% of surveyed clients stated that they intend to continue their business relationship with Ortec Finance over the next few years. Surveyed clients mentioned our expertise and reliability, the good quality of our products, and the pleasantness and professionalism of the employees as main reasons for remaining loyal to Ortec Finance.
