Monique Donders joined the Board of Ortec Finance as a Non-Executive Member in 2022.
She brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. In addition to her role at Ortec Finance, she serves as Country Manager for BlackRock in the Netherlands.
Before joining BlackRock, Monique held several senior positions, including Chief Risk Officer at Robeco, and various roles at MeesPierson. She has also served—and continues to serve—on the supervisory boards of several pension funds. Monique holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she also studied Econometrics.
