At Ortec Finance, we conduct an annual Customer Satisfaction survey in the months of October and November. We are very proud to report that, for the fifth year in a row, our customers indicate to be very satisfied with our products and services! These consistent high results indicate that our clients appreciate working with us as much as we do with them and motivate us to keep improving ourselves.

Knowing what our customers think of us, and how we can increase their satisfaction (even) further, is of the utmost importance to us. Collecting this feedback also allowed us to donate to three charities: The Nature Conservancy, Save the Children and Project HOPE. We would like to thank our clients for letting us help these organizations!

Key Findings of the Survey

This year’s survey revealed that 92% of our surveyed clients would recommend our products and services. Even more importantly, an impressive more than 60% gave us top scores of 9 and 10 out of 10. This result makes us incredibly proud, as it is much higher than our industry benchmarks.

  • 87,2% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with Ortec Finance
  • 90,2% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with the Ortec Finance team they interact with
  • 85,5% of surveyed clients are very happy with the Ortec Finance product they currently use
  • 85,9% of surveyed clients are very satisfied with the information they receive from Ortec Finance
  • 87,7% of surveyed clients stated that they intend to continue their business relationship with Ortec Finance over the next few years.
